Government Approves PLI for Union Bank Directors; Bank Score 61.46

The Government of India has approved the payment of Performance Linked Incentive (PLI) to Whole-Time Directors (WTDs) of Union Bank of India for the financial year 2024-25.

The decision was communicated through a letter dated 18 March 2026 issued by the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance.

PLI Amount for Directors

The following PLI amounts have been approved for the Whole-Time Directors:

• Shri Nitesh Ranjan (ED): ₹21,50,400
• Shri Ramasubramanian S. (ED): ₹21,50,400
• Shri Sanjay Rudra (ED): ₹17,35,440

The PLI is to be paid not only to directors but also to eligible officers from Scale IV to Scale VIII, as per the revised PLI scheme dated 19 November 2024.
