About Gem Aromatics IPO
Gem Aromatics Limited, established in October 1997, is a well-known Indian company that manufactures specialty ingredients such as essential oils, aroma chemicals, and value-added derivatives. With more than 20 years of experience in the fragrance and flavour industry, the company caters to a wide range of sectors, including oral care, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, wellness, pain management, and personal care.
The company offers around 70 products in four main categories: mint derivatives, clove derivatives, phenol, and other synthetic and natural ingredients. Its products are sold on a B2B basis through direct sales, its US subsidiary Gem Aromatics LLC, and third-party agencies. A key driver of the company’s growth is its 13-member research and development team, which uses advanced technology to improve value-added derivative formulations. As of March 31, 2025, Gem Aromatics exports to major regions including America, Asia, Africa, and Australia. In the financial year 2025, the company had 225 customers, including 44 international clients across 18 countries.
