• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or because of above offer shall be governed by laws of India subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
• Air India have the right to change or discontinue or modify the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
