Response Efforts and Outcome

Upon receiving the information about the fire, Atul Hardaha, the in-charge of the Amarapur police outpost, reported that Home Guard soldiers were dispatched to the scene. However, even before their arrival, local residents had already initiated significant efforts to extinguish the fire.

After the arrival of the fire brigade, it took approximately two hours of hard work to bring the fire under control. Thankfully, the fire was contained before it reached the cash area, minimizing potential financial losses. However, some furniture and three air conditioning units were unfortunately damaged.
