An FIR has been filed against Mr.Rajinder Raiger – Zonal Manager ( FGM), Mr. Kanwar Lal – Regional Manager RO Panchkula, Mrs. Kamla – Chief Manager RO Panchkula. The FIR has been registered by Haryana Police in connection with the suicide case of a manager – Sh. Pankul Rana working with Punjab & Sind Bank.
Sh. Pankul Rana, Manager at Jalmana Branch under Regional Office Panchkula, was found dead on the terrace. Jalmana is a village in Karnal district of Haryana. According to reports, a suicide note was recovered from the spot. In the note, he reportedly blamed the bank management for giving him unreasonable targets and humiliating him. He also said that the pressure and humiliation had forced him to take this extreme step.
In the note, he reportedly wrote that he had chosen this step to protect his dignity. He also requested the bank to clear his pending dues so that his family would not face financial difficulties. The incident has raised concerns about work pressure and the treatment of employees in the banking sector. Some of the employees of Punjab & Sind Bank have reported that he was severely humiliated by senior authorities and could not cope up with this.

A few days ago, Chief Manager had committed suicide
A few days ago, a Chief Manager working in Punjab & Sind Bank in Chandigarh had committed suicide. He was posted at Aero City Branch, SAS Nagar, Mohali District. As per the latest information received, Mr. Bhupinder – a Chief Manager was working in Punjab & Sind Bank and was under severe stress due to a loan default.
