Federal Bank invites application for post of Associate Officer (Sales)
Federal Bank has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for freshers for the post of Associate Officer (Sales) in Bengaluru.
The walk-in recruitment will be held on 9th and 10th May 2026. Candidates applying for the post must have a minimum of 50% marks in graduation.
The annual CTC offered for the post ranges from ₹4.64 lakh to ₹6.70 lakh. The upper age limit is 27 years, and candidates should be born on or after 01.05.1999.

The selection process will include Spot Assessment and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will also receive benefits such as Gratuity, NPS, loans at concessional interest rates, medical insurance coverage for self and dependents, and performance-based career progression opportunities.
The posting location will be Bengaluru, and candidates must belong to Karnataka domicile. The walk-in interview on 09th May 2026 will be conducted at Kristu Jayanti (Deemed to be University), K. Narayanapura, Kothanur, Bengaluru-560077, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
The interview on 10th May 2026 will be held at Global Academy of Technology, Aditya Layout, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka-560098, from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
Candidates are required to carry two copies of their CV, domicile proof such as Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport or Driving License, original mark list and degree certificate of graduation, and a smartphone with internet connection.
Federal Bank has advised candidates to pre-register as limited slots are available, although walk-ins without registration will also be allowed on a first-come, first-served basis.
