If you don’t satisfy the ego of seniors, You will be thrown out of bank

Hello everyone I am posted as field officer in canara bank (Mathura RO under Agra Circle) . I have joined the bank in 2021, and my confirmation was in August 2023, but my probation was extended for three months as soon as I received this mail.

I contacted the CBOA team and they informed me that my manager gave a negative report, so my probation has been extended. But after three months, the manager sent the wrong monthly progress report again.

I immediately informed the CBOA team about this matter, and they said they would help me and that this time I would be confirmed. However, today I received the same letter stating that my probation is extended for three months.

I am unable to understand what kind of behavior or culture the bank is following, and I must say that if you don’t satisfy your seniors’ ego, you will be expelled.

When I asked my manager why he sent a negative report against me, he said he made the report according to the branch’s business. Now I want to ask you all how can a single person be responsible for branch business?

Does this monthly progress report depict the business or a person? I’m really upset inside because it’s not just about the job, it’s about what is right or wrong. I have done everything during working hours for the bank, but look at what I’m getting back. I want all of your support. Please suggest something so that I can fight back.
