While the exact cause of the explosion is still under investigation, the incident comes just hours after police dismantled an interstate terror module linked to banned outfits and seized over 2,900 kilograms of suspected ammonium nitrate – a key ingredient used in making explosives. Officials had said the module was planning to unleash large-scale terror in Delhi using hundreds of powerful IEDs made from the seized material.
