About Defrail Technologies IPO
Defrail Technologies Limited was established in October 2023 and is engaged in manufacturing various rubber products such as rubber hoses and assemblies, rubber profiles and beadings, and moulded rubber components. These products are used in different sectors including automobiles, railways, and defence. The company’s journey began in 1980 with Vikas Rubber Industries. Later, in 2008, Impex Hitech Rubber was started to cater to B2B customers. On 1 April 2024, both these businesses were merged into Defrail Technologies Limited with the aim of serving the B2G segment by supplying products directly to government organisations such as Indian Railways and the Defence sector.
The company operates two manufacturing units in Faridabad, Haryana. One unit is located at Neemka, Tigaon Road, Sector 71, spread over 2,420 square yards, and the other is situated in Sector 24, Faridabad, covering an area of 4,833.33 square yards. These facilities are equipped with modern machinery for producing a wide range of rubber products, including diesel and petroleum hose pipes, LPG hose pipes, nylon tubes, gaskets, grommets, and air intake hoses.
