He stated that the woman had been filing repeated complaints, which eventually reached the SC-ST Commission. After a legal review, police registered the case under relevant sections of the SC/ST Act, fraud, defamation, and the Information Technology Act.
husband suspended, and against inquiry officer complaint lodged. shows heigh of reigning terror and abuse of power given to protect interest of oppressed. There are plenty of examples when this protective provisions are used as tool to arm twist management or individual. It appears a counter attack only. I have never seen that a banker will forge document to trap any innocent employee. Police need to investigate and if baseless than FIR should be filed against complainant to put a public servant under threat and hampering public duty .
Either you are blind or you are not a banker. Otherwise you would have seen bankers fishing documents to settle personal scores…
Very true 👍
There may be appropriation of funds taken from bank/customers as corruption snd diverted to his family members account. During course of Enquiry or while scrutiy of Asset liability of staff, bank taken account statement of his wife. Now she telling about unauthorized obtained the statement. But matter is more important as the source of fund is corruption or not? Which she not answered and diverting the case being on account of revenge. Earlier, defaulters were using the strategy and Nowadays staff is using such tactics.
I do not agree with the given statement. I have seen a number of times when bank officials use unethical, illegal actions just to trap innocent employee. I m fully stand with pretty Singh. What she does is right as there will be no help from bank will be given. Case was lodged after order from sc st commission. In india every Indian has the authority to defend themselves
