Canara Bank revokes Suspension of Employee after case filed in Labour Commission

Canara Bank has revoked the suspension of its employee, Shri Mangtesh Kumar (CSA), who was earlier placed under suspension on 24 July 2025 for alleged misconduct.
As per the official order issued on 29 August 2025 by the bank’s Assistant General Manager, the suspension has been cancelled after reviewing the case. Mangtesh Kumar has now been directed to report at Panipat Industrial Area Branch (3979).
The order also states that Mangtesh Kumar will receive his salary and emoluments from the date he resumes duty, which he was drawing prior to his suspension.
The Office of the Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Karnal, has issued a notice regarding an industrial dispute between Canara Bank, HRM Section, Circle Office Karnal, and Prem Choudhary of Churu, Rajasthan.
The Assistant Labour Commissioner has called both parties for joint discussion/conciliation proceedings on September 16, 2025, at 3:30 PM at the Labour Commissioner’s office in Karnal.
