Canara Bank Donates Ambulance to SGPC for Sangat at Sri Harmandir Sahib

Amritsar: As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, Canara Bank handed over the keys of an ambulance to Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, President of the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC). The ambulance will serve the convenience of the Sangat at Sri Harmandir Sahib.

Dhami said that Canara Bank has donated the ambulance for the benefit of the Sangat. He mentioned that various banks have contributed similar services in the past. He thanked the bank officials and expressed hope that the bank will continue to support SGPC’s work.

Dhami also honored the Canara Bank officials by presenting them with a Siropa and a golden model of Sri Harmandir Sahib. Canara Bank Chairman Hardeep Singh Ahluwalia said that, with the blessings of Guru Sahib, the bank made this small donation for the convenience of the Sangat.
