It is a fully owned subsidiary of BEL, one of India’s leading real estate companies. The company is one of the major private hotel owners in the country, with over 500 rooms in different locations. As of June 30, 2024, it owns a number of chain-affiliated hotels in South India, including states like Kerala, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Telangana, as well as Union Territories like Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Pondicherry.
