Bhopal: Bank Employee Booked for Rape After Live-in Partner’s Complaint

Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: A rape case has been registered against an employee of a bank after his live-in partner accused him of repeatedly sexually assaulting her under the pretext of marriage. The employee has been arrested by Police on Monday. The details have not been revealed due to privacy concerns.

According to the complaint, the woman had been living with the accused for nearly a year. She alleged that despite promising to marry her, the man later refused to fulfill his commitment.

The complainant further stated that a few months ago, the accused stopped communicating with her and eventually denied marrying her.

Police officials confirmed that an FIR has been filed, and investigations are underway to verify the allegations made by the woman.
