Banks Salary Hike Settlement will be signed on 11 March

Banks 12th BPS: The Indian Banks’ Association has decided to convene a meeting of the constituent unions to conclude the Bipartite Settlement followed by formalizing it by signing the same with the representatives of constituent workmen unions/ Officers’ association on Monday, 11th March 2024 at 3.00 PM in Chennai.

Bankers have for long demanded the wage hike and introduction of five day banking. Earlier Bank unions had said that they will sign settlement only with declaration of 5 day banking. Now, let’s see what happens on 11th March 2024.
