Bank of Baroda Transfer Policy: Officers Union questions Association over New Transfer Policy

Bank of Baroda released a new Transfer Policy for Officers on 24 April 2025. The new Transfer Policy has provisions for inter zone transfer of officers on completion of certain years. All India Bank of Baroda Officers’ Union has raised questions to Officers’ Association whether bank management has any proper manpower planning or the officers will be transferred each year just in name of filling deficit circles. • Whether you permit the Bank to file composite replies on your behalf without independent verification?
• Why the Writ Petition filed by your Jaipur Zone Unit was withdrawn abruptly without explanation last year?
• Whether any agenda was taken up by your Association for structured manpower recruitment, instead of allowing continuous officer disturbance in the name of deficit-surplus balancing?
