Bank of Baroda Re-designates Two Senior Executives

Bank of Baroda has changed the roles of two of its Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs). The decision was approved by the competent authority of the bank on 20 January 2026.

Mr. Negi Ravindra Singh, who was serving as Chief Risk Officer, has been re-designated as Group Chief Risk Officer. Similarly, Mr. Elango Balasuramaniam, earlier Chief Group Compliance Officer, has been re-designated as Group Chief Compliance Officer.

The bank clarified that this change is only in the designation and there is no change in their roles, responsibilities, reporting structure, or scope of work.
