Eligibility Criteria
- Indian Resident
- Salaried Individuals:
- Minimum Net Annual Income: ₹3 lakh or above
- Age: 21 to 60 years
- Self-Employed Individuals:
- Minimum Net Annual Income: ₹3.6 lakh or above
- Age: 24 to 65 years
Proof of Identity (Mandatory)
- PAN Card
- Recent passport-size photograph
Address Proof (Any one of the following)
- Aadhaar Card (both sides)
- Voter ID Card issued by the Election Commission of India
- Passport
- Driving Licence
- Job Card issued under NREGA and signed by a State Government officer
- Letter issued by the National Population Register containing name and address details
(If present address is different from permanent address, relevant proof must be provided.)
Income Proof
For Salaried Individuals:
- Bank statement showing salary credit for the last 2 months
- Salary slips, if submitted, must be accompanied by the bank statement mentioned above
For Self-Employed Individuals:
- Bank statement showing business transactions for the last 3 months
