Bank of Baroda Employee Critically Injured in Road Accident After Late Office Meeting

In a deeply saddening and shocking incident, Rahul Kumar Pal, a dedicated and respected employee of the Lalganj Branch, Raebareli Region of Bank of Baroda, met with a serious road accident late in the evening on June 23, 2025.

According to reports, the incident occurred around 9:00 PM, shortly after he stepped out of the branch premises following a video conference meeting organized by the Regional Office. Just moments after leaving, he was involved in a horrific road mishap, which left him with severe physical injuries.

Rahul Kumar Pal was immediately rushed to Apollo Hospital in Lucknow, where he underwent an emergency brain surgery. As per doctors, his condition remains critical and continues to be closely monitored.

Colleagues and staff across the region are praying for his speedy recovery. The banking community stands united in support and prayers for Rahul and his family during this difficult time.

But the bank employees are criticising Bank of Baroda for organising late office meeting. Employees are asking – Why meeting was organised so late?
