Bank Manager files Police FIR against customer for fighting inside branch

Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh: A case of dispute has arisen between a customer and the bank manager at the Madhya Bharat Gramin Bank in Baragaon Dhasan, Municipal Council of the district.

The customer, Jalam Singh Parmar, had visited the bank to discuss the removal of the mortgage on his land. However, he became agitated and started misbehaving with the manager. The incident was captured on the bank’s CCTV camera, and the manager filed a complaint with the police on Monday. An FIR has been registered in response to the complaint.

According to the branch manager, Vijay Kumar Soni, Jalam Singh Parmar arrived at the bank on Saturday and expressed his desire to remove the mortgage on his land. Due to the large crowd, Parmar was asked to wait. However, he became angry and started verbally abusing the manager. Other employees and customers present in the bank intervened and prevented any physical harm. Parmar continued to abuse the manager for some time before leaving the bank, threatening to kill him. The entire incident was captured on the bank’s CCTV camera.

The bank manager, Vijay Soni, lodged a complaint against Jalam Singh Parmar at the Baragaon police station on Monday. The police have registered a case against Parmar under sections 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
