  1. Why on social media brothers. Respond appropriately in the same group and show that undeserving RM his place. Simple. What worst can he do transfer or mess with promotion? First, self respect then comes everything else. How many can they transfer and how many times, the day everyone realises this, the so called management will start behaving appropriately. Not on social media, everyone should show solidarity in person and condemn in the same whatsApp group.

  2. The situation of employees in every bank is the same at present. Only those who chant bhajans are getting promoted. No one who is honest has any chance of advancing in banking. Moreover, there is no limit to the words they speak. They speak whatever comes to their mouths. They speak unparliamentary words. It is not known when this culture will change and the employees will get independence.

  3. Association should immediately protest such unparliamentary, derogative language towards a fellow junior colleague by authority. Go for agitation, show officers strength.
