Raju Sharma, who works as support staff at the nodal office of the District Cooperative Bank, shared a video on social media on Saturday that quickly went viral. In the video, Raju claimed that an officer posted at the Cooperative Bank in Guna has been harassing him. He said that the officer threatened him over the phone at night and later had him transferred to Shadora. Raju said this situation has caused him a lot of mental stress and worry.

Raju shared not just one, but two videos to explain his condition. He said that his monthly salary is only ₹8,900. Even with such a small income, he was transferred to Shadora. He explained that traveling to Shadora daily would cost him around ₹50, which would put an extra financial burden on him.

He said that with these expenses, it would become difficult for him to manage his household. In the video, Raju mentioned the name of Praveen Raghuvanshi, who works at the CCB (Central Cooperative Bank) headquarters in Guna, and alleged that he was the one behind the transfer and harassment.

On the other hand, when Praveen Raghuvanshi was asked about these allegations, he clearly denied them. He said that he neither called Raju Sharma on the phone nor signed any order related to his transfer to Shadhaura. He added that he has no involvement in the matter and believes Raju might be under some kind of misunderstanding.

This entire issue is now being discussed widely, especially on social media, and has raised questions about how support staff are being treated within the cooperative banking system.
