Bengaluru, September 9, 2025 – PT Bank CTBC Indonesia (Bank CTBC Indonesia), a subsidiary of CTBC Group, Taiwan, has announced the successful deployment of Infosys Finacle Digital Banking Solution Suite on a cloud-hosted model.

The implementation was carried out in collaboration with Infosys Finacle, part of EdgeVerve Systems (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Infosys). This marks a significant step in the bank’s digital transformation journey.

The cloud-based Finacle suite is expected to help the bank scale its operations effortlessly, meet growing business demands, and deliver new innovations faster. The modernization is also aimed at reducing time-to-market for new products and services, while enhancing customer experience and improving operational efficiency.

Upgrade to Latest Finacle Solutions

As part of this digital adoption, Bank CTBC Indonesia has upgraded to the latest versions of Finacle loans, deposits, trade finance, payments, and customer data hub. These solutions are seamlessly integrated with the bank’s existing technology landscape, which also includes Finacle Online Banking and Finacle Retail Loan Origination systems.

Key Highlights of the Deployment

  • Rapid innovation and security: The Finacle Digital Banking Suite on cloud enables the bank to accelerate feature releases, foster faster innovation, and improve time-to-market for new offerings, while ensuring robust security.
  • Customer Data Hub: The Finacle Customer Data Hub provides a unified, 360-degree view of customer information, enabling personalized services and smooth third-party integrations.
  • Performance boost: By choosing the PostgreSQL database platform for the Finacle suite, the bank achieved over 300% reduction in bulk processing time, significantly boosting operational efficiency. This has also resulted in a reduction of total cost of ownership (TCO).
