Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced NRI Relationship Manager to join our Affluent Business team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and growing client relationships within the NRI segment by offering tailored financial solutions and maintaining a strong understanding of each client’s needs and risk profiles. The role involves client acquisition, engagement, cross-selling, and increasing Asset Under Management (AUM), with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored financial solutions and advisory to NRI customers while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and banking assets.
  • Engage existing clients through personalized communication, updates on market trends, and product insights.
  • Conduct client engagement activities to increase wallet share and deepen relationships.
  • Cross-sell banking and third-party investment products to enhance product penetration.
  • Monitor account activities and proactively manage relationships during NRI visits to India.
  • Acquire new clients via referrals, NRI brokers, stock brokers, and expats in shipping and overseas branches.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
  • Record all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, SEBI, and other regulatory guidelines.

  • Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and trust-building skills
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and local language
  • Sales & Negotiation: Proven ability to meet sales targets and close high-value deals
  • Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of banking products, investment instruments, and financial analysis

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a recognized institution
  • AMFI and NCFM certifications (mandatory)

  • Ability to handle complex client requirements and financial situations
  • Proficient in customer relationship tools and CRM systems
  • Strong compliance awareness with applicable financial regulation.
