About the Role:
As a Sales Manager – Gold Loan, you will lead a team of executives responsible for sourcing and managing gold loan proposals in rural and semi-urban markets. The role involves attending to customer service requests, assisting with documentation and disbursement formalities, and driving business growth through direct sourcing and partnerships with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve disbursement targets assigned by the organization while ensuring the quality of the loan portfolio.
- Process loan applications efficiently and accurately while maintaining high service standards.
- Address customer queries and deliver appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers to promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services.
- Strengthen customer relationships and enhance the depth of existing connections.
- Oversee soft recovery for loans within the existing portfolio.
