Job Summary

Axis Bank is looking for an experienced Sales Manager (SM) to join its Retail Lending division under the “Wheels” category for Two-Wheeler Loans. The SM will lead a sales team, drive business through multiple channels, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve business targets by sourcing loans via ASLs, DSAs, and bank branches.
  • Build and manage relationships with channel partners and internal teams.
  • Drive open market activities, including sales promotions, expos, and local events.
  • Launch and promote new products in the market.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt query resolution.
  • Oversee end-to-end loan processing from application to disbursement.
  • Liaise with Credit, Operations, and other internal departments for process coordination.
  • Onboard new channel partners including DSAs and connectors.
  • Monitor performance of ARMs and develop existing client relationships.
  • Prevent high-risk or fraudulent proposals from entering the system.
  • Provide feedback to improve product features and internal processes.
  • Train and mentor DSAs and sales executives on products and sales techniques.
  • Create a performance-driven, motivating team environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized institute.
