The Axis Bank Bharat Banking Program, developed by Axis Bank in collaboration with BML Munjal University (BMU) CCE, aims to bring banking services to rural India. Eligibility

Academic Qualifications:

Graduates or Postgraduates from any discipline with at least 50% marks in the final year of graduation, or an overall aggregate of 50% or above throughout graduation.
Final-year students awaiting results are also eligible, but they must submit their final mark sheet and degree certificate upon joining the academy.
A 10+2+3 graduation degree is mandatory.

Ineligibility:
You are not eligible for the program if:

You have a relative employed at Axis Bank under the bank’s relative hiring policy.
You have been involved in disciplinary actions by previous employers.
You have been convicted or involved in criminal proceedings or any pending legal action.

Preference:
Candidates proficient in English and regional languages (such as Hindi), or those with a B.A./B.Sc. degree in Agriculture, will be preferred.

Program Structure
This year-long program includes:

3 months of on-campus training
4 months of internship
5 months of on-the-job training (OJT)

After successfully completing the program, you will start working in a dynamic sales role at Axis Bank, promoting banking and financial products to both existing and new customers.

Program Fees and Loan Options
The total program fee is ₹2,70,000 + 18% GST. You must pay 100% of the Term 1 fees before the program begins. This fee covers tuition, hostel, food, infrastructure, and tablet costs. You can pay through personal resources or take a loan from any bank, including Axis Bank, subject to eligibility.

Stipend During Internship and OJT

For the first 3 months, you will receive a stipend of ₹5,000 per month.
From the 4th month onwards, you will receive a salary as per your CTC.

Salary After Program Completion
The annual CTC will be around ₹4.42 – 4.8 lakhs, including a performance-based bonus, loan benefits, insurance, and retirement benefits like PF and gratuity. Click here for more Bank Jobs as per your qualification.
