Aryavart Grameen Bank Manager assaulted by Customer in Branch

Recently, there was an incident at Aryavart Grameen Bank in Fagua Village, Uttar Pradesh. A female customer visited the bank to withdraw money from her account, but she was unable to do so due to a signature mismatch. The bank staff tried to explain the situation to the customer and her husband, but they became abusive towards the branch manager. The situation escalated to the point where the customer and her husband attempted to physically assault the branch manager. As a result, the branch manager filed a case at the nearest police station.

This incident is not an isolated one, as there have been previous instances of similar behavior towards bank employees. Bankers have been demanding increased security measures, but their requests have not been addressed.

  1. Customers are not giving due respect towards bank staff and they take it for granted of their rude and abusive behaviour. Either Govt or RBI to initiate should take steps to stop this nuisance
