AIPNBOA raises important issues of TPA and Fasal Bima in Central MRM Meeting

The Central MRM Meeting between All India Punjab National Bank Officers’ Association (AIPNBOA) and PNB Bank Management was held on 12 August at Head Office Dwarka, New Delhi.

AIPNBOA raised some very important points in the meeting. Around 30 important issues were discussed in the meeting. Some of the points are as follows:

• SWCC-related issues
• Increase of Lease Rent
• Transfer within the same city/ area deleting HRA on capital cost in HRMS issue
• Inconvenience Allowance / Shift Duty Allowance
• Working on holidays
• APAR marks issues
• KRA of Relationship Officers issue
• Suggestions and practical Safety issues relating to Gold Loans
• Improvements in Housing Loan where dispute raised on property purchased cases
• Corrections in Staff Accountability Policy on the line of our letter to MD&CEO
• Anomalies/ denial of TA/DA of Touring Auditors
• Issues concerning Agricultural Officers
• Hardware shortages in branches
• Problem with TPA & delay in reimbursements
• Extending Voluntary contribution for financial support on hospitalisation to be extended to remaining officers
• ⁠Fasal Bima data preparation through finacle for upload in Govt Portal
• And many other important operational and HR-related issues

As per AIPNBOA leaders, the bank management responded positively to the meeting and assured the association that the issues would be resolved soon.
