All India Karnataka Bank Employees Association along with Karnataka Bank Officers Organisation (AIBOA) have jointly given the call for agitation and All India Strike in their Bank on 18-11-2026 because of the increasing unilateral actions of the management, refusal to resolve the legitimate demands of the Union, serving notice of termination of the existing Promotion Policy and Deployment Policy and other provocative sinister moves against the union.
Karnataka Bank Limited is an Indian private sector bank based in Mangalore.
Both the Unions represent 100% of the employees and officers in the Bank under the banners of AIBEA and AIBOA. The association said that a section of the top management has been deliberately disturbing the IR in the Bank, creating conflicts.
