PNB opens new Holiday Home at Rajgir

Punjab National Bank has opened a new holiday home at Rajgir in Bihar. With this, the total number of holiday homes has increased to 27.

What are holiday homes?

Holiday homes are like guest houses that bank employees can book when they visit a particular city. Holiday Homes are available to all categories of permanent employees of Punjab National Bank (PNB), including active and retired employees, and their families, subject to bank rules.

Employees can book accommodation at any Holiday Home up to three months in advance of their proposed visit dates. An employee cannot book the same Holiday Home more than once in a calendar year.

The room rent for PNB Holiday Homes is ₹100 per room per day, along with an additional deposit of ₹150 per room per day, making the total booking amount ₹250 per room per day. However, the minimum booking amount is ₹500, even if an employee books only one room for a single day.

Employees can book a PNB Holiday Home for a maximum of six days at a time, with check-out on the seventh day. Each employee can book a maximum of three rooms during a single booking.
