Seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive new Current Account (CA) acquisitions, ensure quality sourcing, and support business growth through effective customer engagement and compliance with bank policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new CA customers and generate leads from the local catchment
- Ensure quality account sourcing across products and customer segments
- Guide customers through onboarding, documentation, and digital channel activation
- Support Business Relationship Leader with catchment analysis and feedback
- Achieve monthly acquisition targets and ensure repeat funding
- Comply with internal sales norms, KYC, and regulatory guidelines
