Job Description:
Yes Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager for its Yes First GIB division in Patna. This role focuses on managing a portfolio of 60–80 HNI/NRI clients and acquiring new high-value relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/NRI customers (Yes First GIB segment).
- Acquire 2–3 new GIB Yes First relationships monthly, with a focus on FCNR/NRE/NRO term deposits.
- Drive cross-sell of third-party products such as life insurance and mutual funds.
- Define and monitor performance goals in alignment with reporting managers.
- Take ownership of personal development and upskilling beyond training.
- Stay updated on industry trends, professional techniques, and regulatory guidelines.
- Follow internal control systems and support audit compliance.
- Ensure strict adherence to risk, regulatory, and internal policies.
Ideal Candidate Should Have:
- Proven experience in handling HNI/NRI banking relationships.
- Strong business acquisition capabilities and customer relationship skills.
