A young woman has made a shocking allegation against a doctor posted at a CHC in Kanpur Dehat. She says the doctor has married two other women besides her. He also lured a female bank manager into his lust by promising marriage.
A young woman has filed a complaint at the police station against Dr. Rajveer Singh, a physician posted at the Community Health Center in Pukhrayan (Kanpur Dehat), accusing him of raping her by deceiving her and threatening her with obscene videos. The doctor is also accused of raping a female bank manager.
The woman told police that in 2020, she became acquainted with Dr. Rajveer Singh, a resident of Jugrajpura village in Jalaun. Rajveer was already married. He concealed this fact and befriended her. He raped her after drugging her. He also made obscene videos.
When she resisted, he lured her with the promise of marriage. During this time, she became pregnant. He married her during the COVID-19 pandemic. After the birth of their daughter, Rajveer suddenly began living separately.
Whenever she returned home, he would threaten to kill her. During this time, she discovered his relationships with other women. The victim reported that after marrying her, he had already married another woman.
In 2021, the accused, Dr. Rajveer, also befriended a female bank manager. He raped her under the pretense of marriage. He also blackmailed the bank manager by making obscene videos. Frustrated, she filed an FIR against the accused in the Shahjahanpur police station.
Police is investigating the case and more details will be released soon.
