Woman trapped in Axis Bank ATM in Guna Madhya Pradesh

Guna, Madhya Pradesh: On Sunday night, an unusual incident took place at the Axis Bank ATM located near the old bus stand in Guna city. A woman and a young man were trapped inside the ATM for nearly one to one and a half hours after its door unexpectedly locked.

Around 9:00 pm, a young man entered the ATM to withdraw money. Just after him, another young man arrived with his mother. The woman entered the ATM to withdraw cash while her son stayed outside. Suddenly, the ATM door shut and locked, trapping the young man and the woman inside.

Both trapped individuals tried multiple times to push or pull the door open but failed. People outside ATM also tried to open the door but failed.

The young man inside called the emergency number displayed in the ATM, which belonged to a security agency named Balaji Security. However they did not receive any help from the agency.

Around 10:00 pm, a female bank employee arrived with the keys of ATM. She finally unlocked the door and the trapped individuals came out of ATM.
