Qualifications and Eligibility

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL, Hive, Spark, and data extraction tools.
• Strong skills in Python, Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel, with hands-on experience in independently designing and building dashboards in Tableau.
• Practical experience in building and applying machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, classification).
• Demonstrated analytical skills with proven ability to solve business challenges using data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred:

• Experience in the payments or banking industry.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
