Qualifications and Eligibility
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in quantitative analysis and predictive modeling.
- Proficiency in SQL, Hive, Spark, and data extraction tools.
- Strong skills in Python, Tableau, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel, with hands-on experience in independently designing and building dashboards in Tableau.
- Practical experience in building and applying machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, classification).
- Demonstrated analytical skills with proven ability to solve business challenges using data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Preferred:
- Experience in the payments or banking industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
