Union Bank Officers are protesting against Unfair Transfers in Patna Zone. Officers are saying that they are being transferred arbitrarily and unfairly in Patna Zone. Earlier, Union Bank Officers’ Organisation had also written a letter to Zonal Head Patna to look into the issue. Regarding this, a meeting was held but agreement could not be reached. Thus, the protest continues.

What Organisation said?

The Union Bank Officers’ Organisation (UBOO), affiliated with Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh, has announced that despite two rounds of reconciliation meetings held between the management of Patna Zonal Office and UBOO representatives over the past two days, no positive outcome has been reached.

The management continues to engage in vague and evasive discussions, without offering any concrete assurance or resolution on our genuine demands — particularly concerning the irrational transfer orders, the transfer of female officers, and those affected by medical and humanitarian grounds.

We express our deep disappointment over the lack of empathy and accountability shown in these discussions. It is unfortunate that despite repeated efforts by UBOO for constructive dialogue, the management has failed to respond with sincerity.

Our peaceful protest and dharna will continue indefinitely until justice is served and fair decisions are taken.

We appeal to all officers and members to stay united and continue their support for the cause. Our fight is not for privilege, but for justice.
