Union Bank Officers’ Organisation has announced All India Strike on 23 August 2024 against the unfair transfers and other issues.
Demands
- To Stop Discriminatory transfer of Members of UBOO and its office bearers.
- To Give an option to Specialist Officers to Convert to General Stream.
- To formulate a transparent and fair Transfer Policy to Officers in Scale IV & V.
- To Start Bilateral talks with UBOO representatives.
- To stop discriminatory Disciplinary Action against the members of UBOO
- To Stop the practice of unlawful transfer protection to the office bearers of AIUBOF.
- Initiate action against office bearers of AIUBOF for the fraud played on the Bank and Government of India with respect to their registration
- To take action against office bearers of AIUBOF for various frauds played in the Bank
