UCO Bank Shareholder Director Rachna Khare Resigns from Board

UCO Bank has informed that Ms. Rachna Khare, Shareholder Director of the bank, has resigned from the Board and all Board Committees. The resignation took effect from December 25, 2025.

According to the bank, Ms. Rachna Khare resigned due to her engagement in a new assignment. In her resignation letter, she stated that she has been appointed as the Insurance Ombudsman at the Office of the Insurance Ombudsman, Pune, through a letter issued by the Council of Insurance Ombudsmen dated December 19, 2025.

She said that in view of regulatory provisions and standards related to propriety and independence, she decided to step down from the UCO Bank Board. Her resignation was requested to be treated as effective from December 25, 2025.

In her message, Ms. Khare thanked the Chairperson, Managing Director & CEO, board members, and the management for their support during her tenure. She said it was a privilege to be associated with UCO Bank and wished the bank continued success in achieving its objectives.
