Tragic Road Accident in Bhopal, Bank Manager Dies After Being Hit by Car Driven by Minor

A tragic incident unfolded in Bhopal wherein a female bank manager died in a road accident. According to Ayodhya Nagar Police, 40-year-old Amrita Omkar, wife of Amit Omkar, was a manager at Shakti Nagar HDFC Bank. Amrita left her home on her scooter at around 11 am on Saturday morning for office and some other work. A speeding Scorpio crushed her at Narela Shankari junction on Ayodhya bypass.
The seriously injured woman was admitted to a private hospital by the local people, where she died during treatment. People allege that the car was driven by minor who is the son of a property dealer.
The family of the deceased woman was already suffering from grief as her husband had met with an accident four months ago. Since then, he is on bed rest.
Eyewitnesses claim the Scorpio was being driven recklessly at high speed. The alleged driver, believed to be a minor, attempted to flee the scene. The police have seized the Scorpio from the spot. Police officials have not confirmed the age or identity of the driver, stating that details will be revealed only after formal arrest and verification.
