Subject: Availment of frequent leaves / Unnecessary demand of deputation.
We all are aware about the present performance of our branches and we all know that the present situation demands more than 100% efforts by all staffs, so that the trend of decline in performance can be arrested and an inclusive growth can be ensured.
However, it is observed with lot of pain that still the staff at branches/offices are not taking the present matter seriously and giving priority to their personal commitment and not worried about bank’s concern, as instances of proceeding on frequent leaves and long leaves are noticed without any proper backup planning and demanding staffs on deputation, to run the branches.
It is also observed that many staff members are frequently taking medical leave on small medical grounds and the Branch Heads are sanctioning leaves of staff posted in branches without ensuring genuineness of medical certificate produced, which is a very serious offence.
In this regard, it should be noted carefully that smooth functioning of any branch is the primary responsibility of every Branch Head and he/she should ensure the fact that branch would be able to run despite sanction of the leave of the concern staff. Also, no staff shall proceed on leave (except exigency) until the leave is sanctioned in HRMS.
We would like to advise clearly and strictly that deputation should not be treated as substitute of leave of any staff and before sanction of leave, Branch Head has to ensure the alternate staff, else, the branch has to be managed with the available staff strength only.
All staff must desist from availing such frequent leaves.
Ensure strict compliance without fail.

Bank should provide cash benefit for every expired leaves like PL Encashment.
Union should raise a voice for their workers lekin in budhe or dikhave ke union se kuchh hoga nahi
Personal kam inke babuji krenge
It’s better to post this Zonal head as Branch head where staff position is less and promotees from substaff to manage the branch. Without humanity these people are building psychological pressure on staff for their selfishness to get promotion. Now a days top cadre management is not observing the ground level issues and creating unethical pressure on branches and staff. A machinery to be designed to punish such type of sadistic managements.
Now a days we need a separate mechanism to deal such a sadistic managements. These people are building unethical pressure on branch staff for their promotion and benefits. Top management also expecting benefits like incentives from selling of third party products. By building pressure on branches this type of officials falling in good looks of top management and getting promotions. All must oppose this type of sadistic acts and HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION must take suitable action against this type of officials.
