A shocking and horrifying case has come to light. A snake entered a branch of Punjab National Bank in Todi Fatehpur and created chaos. Due to this the staff spent the whole day in fear affecting the daily working of Bank.
The incident began in the morning when regular cleaning work was going on at the bank. During the cleaning process, a staff member named Pratap claimed to have seen a black snake enter one of the rooms inside the bank. He immediately informed the branch manager, Abhishek Rai, about the sighting.
As soon as the news spread, panic gripped the entire branch. Fearing the presence of a potentially dangerous snake, all banking operations were stopped. Customers, who had come for their regular transactions, stayed away from entering the bank, while employees remained on edge throughout the day.
To deal with the situation, the branch manager acted quickly and called snake charmers to find and catch the snake. The suspected room was full of old files and documents. In order to make the search easier, all the papers and materials were taken out.
The snake charmers searched every corner of the room and the branch thoroughly. Despite their best efforts and several hours of search, snake could not be found. Still, the fear of its presence kept everyone uneasy.
This incident has raised big questions over safety and security of Employees. This is not the first time, but several times such incidents have been reported. These incidents happen mostly in rural branches of banks. Banks should enhance the safety and security to prevent such incidents in future.
