Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava has been appointed as Executive Director of Punjab National Bank (PNB). Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava assumed charge as Executive Director on 24th November, 2025.
Shri Srivastava is a Master of Science from Banaras Hindu University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Treasury and Forex Management from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). He is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has earned certification in Sustainability and Climate Risk (SCR) from GARP (USA), and has completed courses in Professional Risk Management and Risk in Financial Services.
Shri Amit Kumar Srivastava began his banking career in the erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce as a Management Trainee in 1994. He has more than 31 years of diversified experience in areas such as branch banking, treasury management, risk management, and credit review and monitoring. He has headed the Jodhpur Zone of Punjab National Bank as Zonal Manager and also served as the Group Chief Risk Officer of Punjab National Bank before his current assignment.
