Abhishek Bachchan – son of megastar Amitabh Bachchan has made an interesting business deal with State Bank of India (SBI). According to various reports, Abhishek, along with his family, has leased out a significant portion of their luxurious Juhu property, named Ammu and Vats, to SBI. The lease agreement covers a period of 15 years, providing the Bachchan family with a steady stream of income.

The property in question is situated near their family home, Jalsa, which is also in Juhu, Mumbai, an upscale area popular among Bollywood celebrities. The ground floor of Ammu and Vats, which covers 3,150 square feet, has been rented out to SBI. As per the lease agreement, Abhishek Bachchan earns ₹18.9 lakh per month from this deal.

The lease agreement includes periodic rent increases over the 15-year term, making this deal even more profitable for the Bachchan family in the long run. After five years, the monthly rent will increase to ₹23.6 lakh, and after ten years, it will rise again to ₹29.5 lakh per month. These rent hikes ensure that the family continues to earn a considerable sum from the property for years to come.

The lease between SBI and the Bachchan family is one of the many examples of how Bollywood celebrities leverage their real estate holdings to generate income. Given Abhishek Bachchan’s involvement in various business ventures, this deal adds another significant source of revenue to his portfolio.

The Bachchan family is known for owning several prime properties across India. Their famous residence, Jalsa, is a landmark in Mumbai and often attracts attention from fans and media alike. In addition to Jalsa and the Ammu and Vats property, the family is reported to own several other high-value assets, both in Mumbai and elsewhere.
