
HCLSoftware, a division of HCLTech, has been chosen by the State Bank of India (SBI) for their MarTech solution as part of SBI’s digital transformation program. This partnership will involve the deployment of the HCL Unica platform to help SBI improve its customer interaction framework and provide personalized communication across various digital marketing channels. The goal is to enhance customer engagement and experience while ensuring compliance with data protection and security requirements.
HCL Unica is equipped with advanced AI capabilities, a comprehensive campaign management tool, and a Customer Data Platform. It will leverage real-time data to enable SBI to engage with its customers more effectively. The platform will facilitate complex, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, resulting in improved precision and relevance in customer engagement.
HCL Unica’s Customer Data Platform will organize and aggregate customer data from various touchpoints, providing SBI with a unified view that enables deeper insights and targeted marketing initiatives.
SBI YONO
SBI chairman, Dinesh Khara, in a event in Mumbai in October 2023 said that the bank will launch the You Only Need One (YONO) 2.0 in nine months. “Of our 480 million customers, 70 million are on the YONO (platform). We have 10 million logins per day and Rs 1 trillion in assets. Ninety-seven per cent of the bank’s transactions are now non-branch,” Khara said.
