SBI Retired Manager Killed by his son in Indore

A schizophrenic son killed his retired bank officer father and sister in the Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam apartment in the Naulakkha area. He locked the flat and fled.

The bodies remained in the flat for 36 hours. The accused was aggressive due to his illness, but he would hide his face from strangers.

According to Vijay Tiwari, TI of Sangyogitaganj police station, the bodies of retired SBI officer Kamal Kishore Dhamande (76) and his daughter Rama Arora (53) were found in the flat, 36 hours old.

The preliminary investigation revealed that the murder was committed by the son, Pulin (43), by hitting them on the head.

The police said that the accused lived with his father, while the sister lived in Khatiwala Tank. She had come to meet her father on Sunday.

The second daughter, Kshama, who lives in Srinagar, was confused by the guard’s statement and reached the police station to file a missing report.

When the police broke the lock of the flat, they were shocked to see the scene inside. After killing them in separate rooms, the accused threw both the bodies together and covered them with a sheet.

When Kshama could not reach her father and sister by phone, she reached the apartment. The guard said that Pulin had gone on his Activa and the father-daughter had gone in an auto.

Kshama thought they had gone to the hospital. So she was relieved. When the phone did not ring even at 10.30 pm, she reached Rama’s house. The lock was found there too. Kshama reached the police station on Wednesday.

Pulin has been suffering from schizophrenia since ninth grade. He did not talk much to anyone and would cover his face with a newspaper or other object when he came in front of people. He was quite aggressive. His mother lives separately in Silicon City due to his behavior. He has also raised his hand on his father before. The family says that he has been more troublesome for a few days. He had just come from a rehab center a few months ago. He had also stopped taking medication.

It is being said that the bodies of the elderly Kishore and his daughter Rama are one to two days old. No one had seen them for two days. The younger daughter was calling her father on the mobile, but he was not picking up the phone. After that, they reached the spot and found the lock hanging on the house, then the police station was informed.

Meanwhile, there was also a stench coming from the room. When the police reached the spot, the bodies of the father and daughter were found lying inside. According to the police, the full situation will be clear only after the son meets the police.
