Employee’s family approached the bank’s deputy general manager (DGM) and other senior officials in the Agra Circle, seeking action against the AGM. When no action was taken, they went to police on Wednesday, where an FIR was registered at Rakabganj police station under BNS section 351(1) (criminal intimidation).

DCP city Sonam Kumar said, “Action will be taken based on the family’s complaint. Evidence will be collected regarding the allegations, and a team has been deployed to search for the missing employee.”

His wife, Nitya Singh, claimed her husband was transferred to the branch three months ago and had been “mentally harassed by the AGM since then”. “He has worked for nearly 17 years and was a sincere employee. He is the sole breadwinner of our family, supporting me, our two children and his elderly mother…,”.

An Employee working with State Bank of India (SBI) is missing in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. A note has been recovered and the staff has raised serious allegations against the senior officer of SBI.

यह पत्र मैं काफी भारी मन से एवं बुरी तरह हताश समझकर लिख रहा हूं। अब मैं और अपमान, गाली गलौज नहीं सह सकता। AGM (सहायक महाप्रबंधक) RACPC डीआरसीपी आगरा, श्री विक्रम कुमार हमें दिन-प्रतिदिन मानसिक प्रताड़ना दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने ही सभी Staff या Customer के सामने बेइज्जत करते हैं। जो भी रोग सम्बन्धी बातें लिखी, सोच भी नहीं सकता। श्री विक्रम कुमार एवं कुछ स्टाफ साथी ये आरोप लगाते हैं:

1. जानबूझ कर बीमारी का हवाला देता हूँ और बहाना करता हूँ
2. तुमने यहाँ ट्रांसफर इस लिए लिया है कि हरामखोरी कर सको
3. यहाँ से ट्रांसफर ले लो वर्ना जीना मुश्किल कर दूँगा
4. अभी घर से 18 किलोमीटर दूर हो, 80 किलोमीटर दूर कर दूँगा
5. इसका hrms यहाँ मँगाओ जिससे इसकी सैलरी स्टॉप कर दूँ
6. बैंक में 2 की स्पीड रहती है, बहार 200 की रहती है
7. जहाँ से आए हो वहीँ दाल दूँगा
8. ये दवाइयाँ बैंक में मत लाओ, ये बैंक है, धर्मशाला नहीं
9. ये lumber belt इसलिए पहनते हो कि सहानभूति मिल जाए

इन सब के बाद भी मैंने निवेदन किया कि sir मैं hypertension, anxiety, cervical का patient हूँ पर sir सब झूठ समझते हैं.

जब तक यह पत्र तुम्हे मिलेगा, मैं अपने रस्ते जा चुका हूँगा। लेकिन तुम मेरी सारी जांच रिपोर्ट एवं डॉक्टर के पर्चों की (Photocopy) यूनियन मुख्यालय, या मैन ब्रांच में शुभम शर्मा को दे देना।

मैं रोज़ की बेज्जती से परेशान हो चूका हूँ. अब मेरी सहनशक्ति जवाब दे चुकी है.

इसके आगे अगर अब मैं क्या करूंगा, यह मैं खुद नहीं जानता। लेकिन जो होगा, उसका जिम्मेदार AGM RACPC (आगरा) विक्रम कुमार होगा।
