SBI’s Customer Service Points serve as kiosks offering essential banking services to the public. These services encompass the Atal Pension Yojana, Jan Dhan accounts, cash withdrawals, and loan payments. Additionally, these points extend their offerings to encompass various financial services, such as broadband bill payments, bus ticket reservations, and micro-insurance options.
