SBI confirms Strike on 12 February 2026

State Bank of India (SBI) has confirmed the strike on 12 February 2026. 10 Central Trade unions have announced a big strike on 12 February 2026. Trade unions have alleged that the government is not paying attention to their demands and there is a significant delay from the government in implementation of their demands. SBI said that All India Bank Employees’ Association (AIBEA), Bank Employees’ Federation of India (BEFI) and All India Bank Officers’ Association (AIBOA) have served a notice to go on a nationwide bank strike on Thursday, 12th February 2026.
